I’m a hands-on senior mechanical engineer with 20+ years of experience developing and improving physical products from early concepts through CAD, simulation, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing. I support clients with mechanical product design, SOLIDWORKS and Creo CAD, FEA using Abaqus/SIMULIA and SOLIDWORKS Simulation, CFD and thermal/airflow analysis, prototype development, DFM, materials and component testing, and supplier/manufacturing support. My background includes successful startups and high-volume manufacturers across consumer products, protective equipment, battery technology, 3D imaging, industrial hardware, and respiratory systems. I’m comfortable stepping into an existing design to solve a specific engineering problem or taking broader responsibility for developing and refining a product from concept through a functional prototype. I also have in-house industrial SLA prototyping capability, allowing me to move quickly between CAD revisions, physical prototypes, testing, and design improvements.
