I’m an e-commerce and operations professional with hands-on experience in Shopify, customer support, data management, and AI-assisted web app development. I’ve recently been building CostEase, a universal POS and business management system using AI-assisted development and Supabase. I’ve worked on the actual business workflows, database structure, POS, inventory, product costing, recipes, bundles, discounts, payments, register management, reports, and other business functions. I also have hands-on Shopify experience, including product research, product listings, descriptions, collections, tags, pricing, inventory updates, and general store management. My background also includes customer support, virtual assistance, data entry, web research, CRM, and business operations. I previously worked as an Assistant Manager, where I handled daily operations, reporting, KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and team supervision. I use AI as a development and productivity tool, but I’m also involved in understanding the requirements, testing the results, troubleshooting issues, and improving the workflows. I’m interested in projects involving: • AI-assisted web app / vibe coding • Business tools and internal systems • POS and e-commerce systems • Shopify administration • Data entry, research, and CRM • Customer support and operations I’m not a traditional senior software developer. My strength is combining real-world business and operations experience with AI-assisted development to build practical tools and workflows.
