SELECTED WORK - YoPrint, print shop management SaaS (US): redesigned the admin portal, customer portal, and core workflows on one shared design system. The CEO reported negative user feedback fell about 30% after launch. 500+ print shops run on it. - Fulfillment IQ / Aquatio, supply chain SaaS: a cross-platform design system that gave product and engineering one source of truth. - SimplifiedInvoice, fintech invoicing: sitemap and wireframes first, then the dashboard, a 4-step onboarding, 15 settings pages, and an extensible component library. - CorporateMerch, B2B gifting (New York): faceted catalog plus a self-serve customization studio that keeps logos on-brand without a designer. - Firestitch and meticulate.ai, Framer: CMS-driven marketing sites. Firestitch moved off WordPress with HubSpot and SEO set up. WHAT I DO 1. SaaS product design: user flows, information architecture, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and hi-fi UI with real states and edge cases, plus documented dev handoff. 2. Design systems: components, variants, tokens, and WCAG accessibility, documented so engineers actually use them. 3. Framer websites: from design to a live site, responsive, CMS, interactions, and SEO basics. Or I build from your Figma file. 4. UX audits: a prioritized list of what's breaking in your current product and how to fix it. HOW I WORK Structure before surface. I trained as an architect, so flows and IA get settled before any pixels. You get Figma files you own, clear milestones, and handoff your developers can build from. I use AI for research and exploration to move faster, and the craft decisions stay mine. PROBABLY NOT A FIT Logos and brand identity, print, or mobile games. I'd rather say so upfront.
