43% of members found lower prescription drug prices through the app flow I designed for a care-navigation platform. I'm the UI UX designer SaaS teams in healthcare and fintech hire for flows like that, with 9,000+ hours and 99% Job Success. Healthcare and fintech products come with strict rules and users who worry about getting something wrong. A patient checking what a drug will cost. A worker taking part of their pay early. A provider acting on an alert. A finance team approving a payroll run. My job as a UI UX designer is to make each of those moments clear on the first try. In fintech, the first thing I ask is what a person is afraid of losing. In healthcare, it's what a patient has to understand before they tap. HEALTHCARE AND FINTECH Transcarent's member app puts five kinds of care in one navigation: symptoms, doctors, providers, prescriptions and care plans. 43% of members found a lower price for their prescriptions through the in-app matching flow. Clair is an earned wage access app for hourly workers, with the employer and payroll side behind it. It reached the Top 100 in the App Store's Finance category, with 92% employer adoption across its payroll and workforce partners. I worked on the user experience of both as a UI UX designer at Hue & Machine. I've spent 10 years as a UI UX designer and product designer, most of them on products like these. UI UX DESIGNER SAAS AND MOBILE APPS Most of my projects as a UI UX designer are SaaS design. Some teams need a SaaS product designer to set the direction. Others need a SaaS UX designer to take steps out of a flow, and almost all of them end up needing dashboard design. That's the SaaS UI designer side, and the part I'd pick if I could only keep one. On a brand-new platform I'm the SaaS designer from user flows and wireframes to the design system, and the SaaS UI/UX designer their developers come to with questions. As a mobile UI UX designer I work mobile-first on iOS and Android apps where people handle money or health. In those apps an error message needs a sentence a person would say, and I write those too. Web design is part of it too. As a UI UX web designer I design the marketing site and landing pages in Figma, and our team builds them in Framer. That covers SaaS website design, a website redesign and SaaS landing page design for the products we already work on. When your existing website runs on Webflow or WordPress, I'm the Figma website designer and your web developer builds from my file. It works the same for anyone who came looking for a Shopify web designer or a Wix web designer. As a Figma web designer I draw every page and state, with responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile. I've also worked as a UI UX designer on admin-heavy CRM and ERP web apps and on an AI SaaS platform. Many roles share one screen there, and the information architecture has to show each role something different. BRAND As a SaaS graphic designer I also work on brand identity for digital products, from SaaS logo design and the visual identity to a brand book your team will use. After one brand book, the client wrote "Like every other project Anastasia has done for us, this one was perfect!" UI UX DESIGNER FIGMA TO HANDOFF I start with the user flows and the information architecture before any screen. Then come wireframes, a clickable prototype and high-fidelity UI design in Figma. Every screen gets its states and responsive specs, plus notes your developers can follow. I hand it over the way I'd want to receive it if I were the developer. My aim is to be a UI UX designer React and Flutter developers can build from without a meeting. Every component in the design system arrives with all its states and a clear visual hierarchy. In the first week I map the roles and the flows and mark where people stop. We agree which flow to fix first, and from the second week you see screens in Figma. Every client gets the Figma file itself, and as their Figma designer I keep it organised enough for a new developer to find their way around. WHO YOU WORK WITH I lead projects at Hue & Machine, a product design company, as a UI UX designer and the client's main contact. On bigger products I bring in our designers, web designers and developers, and I stay your contact from the first call to the handoff. After 143 hours on a landing page, an admin panel, a pitch deck and a clickable app, one client wrote "The best designer we have worked with. Understands what is needed and delivers more than requested." A consultation gives you a plan you can act on, from a UI UX designer who has seen the same problem in other products. After one of them, a founder wrote "Anastasia is very knowledgeable in what she does and gave me a step by step game plan for my project." If you're weighing a redesign, book a 30-minute consultation here on Upwork. Or send me the flow that worries you most, and I'll tell you how I'd approach it as your UI UX designer.
