Hi, I’m Somer! I’m a San Diego-based video editor, filmmaker, and producer with a passion for visual storytelling. After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Television, Film, and New Media Production, I spent five years producing and editing B2B content for clients nationwide. Today, I focus on projects I’m especially passionate about, including travel and lifestyle films, luxury resort tours, real estate showcases, and social media content. I love finding the story within the footage and bringing it to life through thoughtful pacing, music, color, sound design, and motion graphics. With experience in both production and post-production, I know how to take a project from raw footage to a polished final video while keeping the client’s vision at the center. Outside of editing, I’m usually surfing, diving, traveling, or exploring somewhere with a camera nearby—interests that naturally influence my creative style.
