Kateryna S.

Shopify E-commerce Operations Specialist with 5,300+ Upwork hours, 100% Job Success, and Top Rated Plus status. I help e-commerce brands manage their stores, product catalogs, and bring structure to their day-to-day operations - from product onboarding and catalog organization to Shopify admin, supplier coordination, and operational workflows. My hands-on experience includes: ✓ Shopify store and product catalog management ✓ Product onboarding, variants, collections, metafields, and content updates ✓ Product data organization and catalog QA ✓ E-commerce operations and order management ✓ Supplier, warehouse, and cross-functional coordination ✓ Shopify app configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations ✓ Working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline support and operations workflows ✓ Website updates and basic HTML/CSS ✓ Clear, structured communication with founders, suppliers, developers, and support teams I have worked with international e-commerce businesses, including luxury and premium brands, as well as Shopify app companies supporting merchants worldwide. My experience includes managing large product catalogs, working with suppliers and warehouses, handling authentication and returns workflows, and supporting Shopify-based businesses and technologies. I'm best suited to businesses that need someone to own a process end-to-end — not just follow one — and who communicates clearly across teams. Top Rated Plus | 100% Job Success | 5,400+ Upwork hours
