Recruitment, ATS Management, and Talent Consulting

I’m the founder of Haderak, a consulting company providing recruiting and talent advisory services, as well as developing a platform leveraging Org Psych and ML and to help companies identify and recruit the best talent for their organization. For the last 5.5 years I spent my spare time pursuing a semi-professional running career with the goal of qualifying for the 2024 US Olympic Marathon Trials; I’m now focused on building Haderak. Previously, I founded PopShop, a four-year-old recruiting agency started in the Bay Area that specialized in providing customized talent solutions to early-stage SaaS companies, and recruiting for IC to SVP-level openings. I have experience recruiting in agency, RPO, and in-house environments at companies like Braze (formerly Appboy) and LiveIntent, managing internal teams, ATS implementation and management, and stay on top of current trends in recruiting and HR technology. My clients have included major startups in the SaaS space as well as other B2B and B2C companies, backed by top VCs like First Round Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and Lightspeed Ventures. I understand my bill rate is likely higher than most recruiters on Upwork; it's unlikely that I'll accept projects below this rate, but am open to brief engagements if you feel its more appropriate. That said, if you’re open to another member of my team doing the majority of the work, with my supervision, we can provide much more flexible rates.
