I am a Biotechnologist over 7 years of research experience in preclinical and toxicology field. I have experience in In-vitro assay development and assay optimization for different drug targets. Involved in writing and reviewing of SOP's for GLP tox studies. I have also worked in Data curation and interpretation. Besides working in Pharma sector as a Research scientist, I worked as a Biocurator in the field of Cancer Genomics. I was involved in data curation of genomic data, cancer guidelines like ASCO, NCCN, FDA labels and clinical trials. Involved in Variant classification , CAP/AMP classification scheme. Experience using different ontologies like SNOMED, Rxnorm. Have experience in Analysis and Clinical reporting of Diagnostic, Prognostic and Therapeutic associations of genomic biomarkers in somatic cancers. Has knowledge of using COSMIC, TP53 database, Oncology databases (OncoKb, Mycancergenome, PharmGKb, CIVIC). Using CAP/AMP/ASCO classification, FDA Evidence level to help classify a variant. Literature analysis for competitive intelligence using Bioinfobank, clinicaltrials.gov, FDA, pubmed. Compilation of literature data and presentation of analyzed data in project meetings.
