Ready to turn your mission into a sustainable movement? With over 20 years of experience and $30,000,000+ secured for nonprofit and higher education organizations, I help leaders move past "surviving" and into "thriving." As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), I don't just offer advice—I provide a battle-tested roadmap for long-term donor loyalty. Since launching CMJ Consulting in 2020, I’ve specialized in bridging the gap between an organization’s mission and a donor’s motivation. I help my clients win in four key areas: Strategic Grant Writing: Turning complex missions into compelling, high-win-rate proposals. Annual Appeals & Narratives: Crafting communications that inspire donors to act now. Board Engagement: Transforming your board into a high-functioning fundraising engine. Event-Based Strategy: Maximizing ROI on your high-stakes fundraising events. Why work with me? I combine the rigor of industry best practices with the agility of a communications expert. I don’t just write; I strategize. Whether you need a comprehensive fundraising audit or a high-impact year-end appeal, I deliver solutions tailored to your unique donor landscape.
