Google Ads, Meta & GA4 Attribution | B2B & Local Service Growth
Most businesses don't have a traffic problem. They have a measurement problem. Google ads sees a click and a conversion. It doesn't see the lead that was worth $9,000 versus the one that was never going to buy. So it optimizes toward whichever produces more form fills — and your cost per good customer quietly climbs while the dashboard says everything is fine. I fix the measurement layer, then run the media on top of it. That order matters. Optimizing spend against bad signal just gets you to the wrong answer faster. What I build Conversion tracking that reflects revenue. Form submissions and calls sent back to Google and Meta with values attached — what each lead is actually worth, not a flat count. The algorithm starts optimizing toward revenue instead of volume. Offline conversion tracking. Quoted jobs and closed deals connected back to the original click through your CRM. Google learns which keywords and campaigns produce money, not enquiries. Reporting one person can defend. GA4, GTM, BigQuery and Looker wired so that two reports don't disagree — and when they do, there's a definition to point at. Media on top. Google Search, P-Max, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn — managed against the signal above, not against CTR. Recent work • B2B services, $8K/mo paid: found the leak was follow-up, not traffic — 27h response time down to under 2h, CRM and nurture built. Pipeline up 40% on the same spend. • Multi-location commercial cleaning: call-level attribution across Google, Microsoft and GBP for four service areas. Every call traceable to a source; paid traffic under 5% invalid. • HRT & telehealth clinic: closed the loop from ad click to the patient record. Recovered Meta delivery after a ban in a restricted category, then scaled to new states and a new service line on per-location data. Questions I'd ask about your account • Is Google optimizing toward your revenue, or toward your conversion count? • Are your best leads and your worst leads the same event to the algorithm? • Is closed revenue connected back to the clicks that produced it? • When two of your reports disagree, who decides which is right? If those questions are uncomfortable, that's usually where the money is. Who I work with US and Canadian service businesses where lead quality varies a lot and the gap between a good lead and a bad one is worth thousands — commercial cleaning, healthcare and telehealth, logistics, home services, contractors, specialty moving, professional services.
