I’m a writer who’s been shaping words for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve written poetry, fiction, children’s stories (for now, shared mostly with my son!), and a variety of non-fiction, including a meditation book. I’ve also written and performed my own songs, blending my love of language with music. I find true joy in writing about the nature of things—the nature of reality, self, the human experience, and the quiet, often overlooked aspects of our inner and outer experience. I have a particular gift for not only putting into words what is formidably abstract or ineffable but also making it accessible, whether that’s through philosophy, spirituality, or simply exploring what it means to be alive. Writing is an extension of my life and experience and how I treat myself is how I treat my creative work, therefore I dedicate time and energy to my experiential understanding and expression in everyday living.
