I spent two years at Thrasio, 2021 to 2023, managing a portfolio of fifteen Amazon brands. That is where I learned how an account really runs. Not just ads, but inventory, listings, cases, and the daily work that keeps things healthy. Ad spend, ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversion rate, and stock cover. Some of what I have done: Sky and Sol, skincare, zero to 1.5M a month, running around 180K a month in ad spend at a 3 to 5 ROAS. Fly Hugz, 600K to 700K a month, ROAS 4 to 5.5. Ericka J, 300K to 350K a month, ROAS 4 to 6. Hush Glow, 400K a month. Launches and ranking across beauty, skincare, wellness, and consumer goods, including high ticket and FDA cleared products. Already selling on Shopify but not on Amazon? That is usually the biggest gap I see. Same product, same creative, and a channel that is already searching for you. Launching there is one of my favourite parts of this work. I use AI in the daily work too. Mostly to read big reports faster, catch wasted spend earlier, and build simple dashboards so problems show up before they cost money.
