Catherine Joy A.

10 years and still counting of providing quality Customer Service to Clients, I continue to provide the best experience to their customers. I always strive to exceed Client' expectations and excel in whatever I do, maintain good attendance, and hit target KPI's and deadlines. Confidently, I am a productive, efficient, organized, and highly capable Customer Service Representative. I have also worked in the BPO industry for almost two years. During my stay in the company, I made sure I delivered the clients the best customer experience that they deserve. Also, I have helped a tech start-up make its launch by working as a Virtual Assistant for its CFO. I handled all the emails and their spreadsheets. I specialize in Customer Support (Phone, Email, and Chat). I am very well versed in Digital Marketing, Data Entry, and Admin Assistance. I am knowledgeable in different tools like Asana, Gdrive, Gsuite, Zendesk, Cpanel, Microsoft Office, Skipio, Salesforce, Freshdesk, and also with different dialers (MOJO, VOIP, RDNA). With these, I am confident that I can handle any virtual assistant, writing, proofreading, or customer support-related jobs that companies are offering.
