I graduated with a Bachelor's degree of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I graduated as a Cum Laude. I worked as an Application Analyst for a company that is based in the United States which offers a cloud-based platform that enables our clients (consumers, employers, insurance carriers and brokers) to manage their healthcare services in one place. I am working closely with configuration consultants, EDI/Carrier and Payroll Team on file transmission, Account Managers and Engineers to help resolve reported issues. My daily job involves answering customer queries about our platform, reviewing and updating customer account and coverage, reviewing and triaging configuration issue as well as updating the configuration if necessary, managing customer access within the platform and reviewing EDI (electronic data interchange)/carrier and payroll files that we are sending to our customers and their carriers to ensure that we deliver world class data to our customers. I also participate with User Acceptance Testing(UAT) for new feature releases and patches. I've also worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a car rental account on my previous job. I am hardworking and I am eager and willing to learn. I am passionate with what I'm doing and I always maintain a good quality of work. I always look forward for new opportunities and learning. I would love to get a job which will enable me to use and enhance my skills. I'm looking forward to work and grow with you!
