Because my work is focused on the food industry, I work my way through a LOT of recipe books each week! I’ve assisted food industry clients from around the world with food articles, recipe writing, and proofreading. My Food Science degree helps me to understand the science of baking and cooking, whereas copywriting helps me to make recipes clearer and more understandable. Recipe formats and ingredients vary from one country to the next. I know which ingredients, measurements, and substitutions to use, based on the target market I’m writing for. This prevents your readers from becoming frustrated with ingredient confusion, which means fewer flops in the kitchen! KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD TRENDS AND THE INDUSTRY I am a qualified food scientist. I've also worked in the food and beverage industry and I am always on top of the latest food trends and recipes. NO PLAGIARISM I have experience in the field of academic research, where plagiarism is a big no-no. Be assured that all my writing will pass a Copyscape check. PRESENTABLE WORK With my graphic design skills, you will have an end product that reads well and looks good! "It is a pleasure to work with Rochelle!
