Hi, I'm Queenie! I'm a detail-driven researcher and versatile content writer with 7+ years in R&D, almost 5 years of writing experience, and 2 years in customer support — your win is my win My research background runs deep. As an R&D Specialist in the food industry for over 7 years, I developed sharp analytical skills and an eye for detail that now drives my freelance work — from eBay listing research for automotive parts (part number verification, compatibility checks, competitor pricing, and defect inspection) to compiling repair information from YouTube, forums, and competitor sites to support accurate product listings. On the content side, I bring almost 5 years of writing experience across multiple formats and niches. I've written SEO-optimized blog posts for food, travel, and lifestyle blogs; YouTube scripts for long-form videos and Shorts covering gaming, pop culture, and entertainment topics; social media ad copy (9,000+ ads for lead generation and entertainment niches); and short product descriptions tailored to client needs. I also publish and manage content through WordPress. I've formatted and designed a complete eBook and created YouTube thumbnails, working comfortably in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to deliver clean, professional visual outputs. I also bring 2 years of customer support experience with Zendesk, including ticket tagging, macro personalization, and fast, detail-oriented responses that keep customers satisfied. I'm comfortable across the full freelance tech stack: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, WordPress, Zendesk, Yoast, and Asana. I pick up new tools quickly and adapt to whatever workflow a client already has in place. I communicate honestly and consistently, keep clients updated on progress, and hold myself accountable to deadlines. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I bring curiosity and care to every project. Let's build something great together!
