Karen W.

I am Karen Wilkins, a licensed Architect in California, North Carolina, Montana and Georgia, a member of the American Institute of Architects, NCARB certified and Interior Design ASID certified. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, I have been actively engaged in producing construction documents and renderings utilizing Autocad, DataCad, Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumion and Revit across a diverse range of projects, from modest endeavors to expansive undertakings. My proficiency extends to Architecture Design, Interior design, Landscaping design, and Structural design. I prepare plans that are ADA, Zoning and “Building and Safety” code compliant as well as compliant with fire safety, Green Building Design, and MEP codes. I prepare HERS proficiency reports and Title 24 Energy compliance reports. If needed, I prepare Architectural Product Specification Manuals and Notification to Bidders Manuals. Throughout my 25 year career, I have had the privilege of contributing to various projects encompassing schools, sports facilities, restaurants, office and tenant improvements, multi-family apartment complexes, hotels, custom homes, and subdivisions. Additionally, I have adeptly navigated the intricacies of preparing architecture presentations for jurisdictional Architecture Review Committees and Planning Department public hearings for proposed projects. As a knowledgeable, reliable, and detail-oriented freelance architect, I am adept at delivering prompt and efficient solutions for many architecture problems and I am enthusiastic about the prospect of collaborating with you to facilitate the permitting process for your projects. I look forward to hearing from you about your project and discussing how I can assist you further. Sincerely, Karen Wilkins Registered Architect | AIA | NCARB | ASID California, North Carolina and Georgia
