I am a detail-oriented copy editor with more than twenty years of experience, including eighteen years of self-driven freelance work. Throughout my career, I have been consistently praised for quick turnaround while maintaining high quality. I am highly organized with a drive for efficiency and a desire to constantly improve any arena in which I work. In addition, I am skilled with Microsoft Word and Excel; Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive; as well as Adobe Acrobat Writer and Reader. I currently edit mainly marketing materials and self-published books. My previous experience includes novels, short fiction and nonfiction, secondary and college-level textbooks, scholarly books, surveys, K–12 student assessment workbooks, state assessment standards, elementary-level guided readers, and formal conference proceedings.
