I am a Registered Nurse and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with strong background with Medical coding especially Risk Adjustment Coding and HEDIS/STARS Abstraction. I've been a medical coder/ abstractor since 2013 and I consistently perform well and receive monthly incentives for the excellent work I am doing with my previous company. My recent job was in Shearwater Health as a Quality Specialist wherein my main task is to audit completed cases of the operations before I submit it to the client. Part of my job also is to make a root cause analysis of error and make recommendations to operations and training department for necessary action plans. I also consolidate and generate score using excel (PIVOT most of the time) then make reports using PPT and presents to the client and to the management. I am highly motivated, efficient, honest, flexible and fast learner. I am willing to learn and love learning new skills as this makes me more confident that I can effectively perform the task that my client will give me.
