I create a preliminary 3d model to serve as a basis for further improvements. 3. We discuss and make changes to the design until you are happy with it. 4. I use the design to make a prototype using techniques like high quality 3D printing, laser cutting, and machining, as well as sourcing existing parts. 5. You test your prototype and see what changes need to be made. 6. Sometimes we make a few prototypes to zero in on critical features before preparing the design for manufacturing. 7.
