Improve workflows, document processes, clarify ownership, and address recurring problems. • Team leadership: Support hiring, onboarding, and training. Monitor workload and capacity, set expectations, provide feedback, and help employees and contractors get what they need to succeed. • Project planning and management: Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies. Coordinate launches and ongoing projects, resolve roadblocks, and follow through on the details that bring work across the finish line. • Systems and technology: Set up and maintain the tools that support the work. My hands-on experience includes ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Kit, and CRM platforms. 👉 WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE During a launch, I’ve helped protect the timeline by identifying which assets were essential and which could wait. Before assigning projects, I assess both capacity and readiness: does the person have clear priorities, the right assets, and enough direction to move forward? When email exclusions were repeatedly missed, I investigated the workflow and implemented ActiveCampaign guardrails to make the mistake harder to repeat.
