I look at providing service as not simply giving what the customer wants or needs but making sure they are provided added value with every purchase. I've been recognized in each role I have had since 2012 due to my work ethic, positive attitude, passion for providing excellent customer support, and going over and above client expectations. The biggest project I have supervised is the National Advisory Council Summit for the Philippine National Police (PNP) top brass and key Filipino stakeholders from company CEOs and the country's socio-economic leaders. I was also recognized by the PNP as the Oustanding Civilian Employee for Organization Alignment because of this. Most recently, I've started being a consultant clients looking for Jewelry. This eventually promoted me to a jewelry design role and currently a precious gems sourcer/specialist all within a span of less than a year.
