My primary function as an Appraiser Assistant is: * Build up the Appraisal Report (1004 UAD Single Family Appraisal, 1025 Multifamily Appraisal, 1073 UAD Condominium Appraisal), Residential Appraisal, and others * Working experience on "TOTAL" by a la mode and "ClickFORMS" appraisal software, including sketch. * Appraisal report writing/reviewing. * Zoning/Zoning regulations Analysis. * Search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property title. * Summarize (abstracts) recorded documents that affect the condition of title to property (e.g., mortgages, trust deeds, and contracts). * Examines mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements to verify legal description, ownership, restrictions, or conformity to requirements.
