I have 20 years in business, and for the last decade I’ve been contracting my services remotely. During my journey, I’ve been able to see how businesses operate from many different angles, and that’s where I developed my love for process improvement, workflow design, and operations performance improvement. In addition to the firsthand training I’ve gained through real work, I’ve strengthened my expertise with advanced studies in psychology and business analytics, giving me a deeper understanding of how people, systems, and operations interact. Most recently, I supported the headquarters of a large multi-unit franchise network (ERA Group), where I improved operations across compliance, contracts, marketing, IT, accounting, and executive leadership. I built automated tracking systems, cleaned up workflows, organized data structures, and created processes that made day-to-day operations smoother for both internal teams and franchisees. My work included invoice tracking automation, onboarding workflows, file management systems, KPI dashboards, and cross-department operational improvements. I also bring experience from the legal world, where I supported attorneys with case preparation, document organization, client communication, research, and administrative coordination. That experience strengthened my precision, structure, confidentiality awareness, and ability to operate under pressure — all qualities that carry into the systems work I do today.
