I later moved into a global organisation, delivering projects in a demanding international environment. During that time, I was given the opportunity to lead my first Business Intelligence project — using 13 years of historical sales data to build a sales forecasting solution. The result was an 86% cold-call success rate and $120,000 in annual cost savings. That project ultimately led me into Business Intelligence consulting. In 2021, I founded Lookthru Analytics in response to growing demand and an expanding client base.
