Michael M.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition | Executive Search & Career Advisor
For more than 25 years, I've helped companies solve one of their biggest business challenges: finding and hiring exceptional people. My background combines executive recruiting with large-scale operational leadership. Before founding AlediumHR in 2020, I held senior leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies where I built recruiting organizations, led large HR operations, and hired at every level, from individual contributors to executive leadership. One of the largest recruiting initiatives of my career was leading seasonal hiring for The Home Depot, where my team recruited more than 80,000 seasonal employees in just a few months. My scope of responbility was suportuing 465,000 employees with HR services. That experience reinforced something I've carried throughout my career, successful recruiting isn't simply about sourcing candidates. It's about understanding the business, evaluating people well, making sound hiring decisions, and consistently delivering results. Today, through AlediumHR, I provide recruiting and executive search services across healthcare, life sciences, technology, finance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, professional services, and other industries. My recruiting work includes: ⢠Executive Leadership: CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, CIO, Vice Presidents and Directors ⢠Operations and General Management ⢠Finance and Accounting ⢠Human Resources and Talent Acquisition ⢠Sales and Business Development ⢠Technology, Engineering and Product ⢠Healthcare and Clinical Leadership ⢠Marketing and Customer Success I don't simply run keyword searches and forward resumes. Every candidate I present is personally evaluated for qualifications, communication skills, leadership ability, motivation, fit, and long-term potential. I use AI where it adds value, primarily for research, sourcing, and market intelligence, but I don't let technology replace professional judgment. Recruiting is still a people business, and the quality of a search ultimately depends on experience, insight, and asking the right questions. I also work directly with experienced executives and professionals as an Executive Career Advisor, with a particular focus on professionals 50+ navigating today's job market. That work grew naturally from my recruiting career. After spending decades reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, working with hiring managers, building recruiting organizations, and making hiring decisions, I saw a significant gap between conventional career advice and what actually happens inside the hiring process. I help clients understand how employers may perceive their background and strengthen their executive positioning, resume, LinkedIn profile, job search strategy, networking approach, and interview preparation. I'm not a traditional career coach. My perspective comes from more than 25 years on the hiring side of the table. Whether you need an experienced recruiting partner, executive search professional, or hiring-side perspective on your own career and job search, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your project. Best Regards, Mike
