Hi! I've been working as an SAP consultant since 2017. I am a functional consultant responsible for resolving business-critical configuration and functional issues. Involved in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of client HR system changes and requests. I provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, trainings, and appropriate technical activities, across different areas of SAP HCM, including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and reporting. I also perform required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure applications adhere to standards and agreed specifications. Creation of new Personnel area, Personnel subarea, Payroll area, WSR’s, LSMW’s, new wage types, symbolic accounts and posting related configurations whenever required Hands-on experience in Time Management TM module configured and maintained the following areas: PCRs, Schema, Work Schedules, Holidays, Time Evaluation, Time Recording like Substitutions, Absences, Absence Quotas, Leave Entitlement, Overtime.
