Senior Product Owner and Product Manager with 10+ years of experience and 5,200+ hours on Upwork (100% Job Success, Expert-Vetted). I'm currently leading product delivery for the ROSA surgical robotics platform at Zimmer Biomet, coordinating across software, hardware, and compliance teams. Previously, I led R&D and product development at Carl Zeiss for next-generation Scanning Electron Microscopes. What I do for clients: → Own your product roadmap, prioritise features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility → Set up and manage your backlog — Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence → Run your Agile delivery — Scrum, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid → Bring quality governance — my QA engineering background means I catch problems before they ship → Structure your product data and use metrics to drive better decisions I've delivered products across: → Med-tech (surgical robotics, electron microscopy) → IoT and telecommunications → Enterprise software (banking/finance) → SaaS, e-commerce, and consumer apps (150M+ downloads) Whether you need a fractional Product Owner, someone to set up your product processes from scratch, or an experienced hand to stabilise a struggling delivery — I can help.
