As the founder of Koitecc Solutions, I help organizations and individuals build real, resilient cybersecurity foundations. My journey started in the Marine Corps, where I learned the importance of protecting what matters and staying mission-ready under pressure. Those same principles guide my work today in compliance, education, and workforce development. After transitioning from infantry to cybersecurity, I focused on governance, risk, and compliance. I began supporting businesses and federal agencies with NIST frameworks, CMMC readiness, and RMF implementation. But along the way, I realized that too many talented people were being left out of cybersecurity simply because they didn’t have the right guidance or access. That’s why I created a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) focused on cybersecurity and information assurance. It’s designed to give aspiring professionals a clear path to real-world skills, mentorship, and sustainable career growth. We're building this program in Mississippi and Tennessee to strengthen both local talent pipelines and national security. Through Koitecc, I also lead programs like the Cyber Circle and the Cyber Career Accelerator to help veterans, career switchers, and underrepresented talent enter high-demand roles in compliance and risk management.
