Daina P.

I specialize in visitor and client care, inquiry and communication management, scheduling, and data entry. I love building lasting relationships with people in the workplace, marketplace, and within my church and home communities. I take great pride in communicating on behalf of my clients in ways that reflect their values and style, and I enjoy ensuring every one of our initiatives is tailored to their, unique needs. I’ve also helped to write, present, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), performed light front-end website maintenance, and supported academic and consulting projects involving learning management systems (LMS), including content organization and platform transitions. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management from Penn State, spent over 10,000 hours working in the field, am proficient in many Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications and have an extensive background in psychology.
