Operations Coordination & Workflow Management * Track tasks, deadlines, priorities, and deliverables to keep work moving. * Maintain operational trackers, databases, and documentation. * Organize workflows and document processes using standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Follow up on outstanding tasks and help teams stay aligned on responsibilities and deadlines. * Identify gaps in existing workflows and help improve how information and tasks move between people and systems. Administrative & Systems Support * Organize digital records, spreadsheets, and business information. * Maintain structured databases and trackers using Airtable and Google Sheets. * Connect tools and simplify repetitive tasks using automation platforms. * Support onboarding, documentation, and recurring administrative processes. My experience and tools I have 3+ years of experience supporting recruiting and hiring, backed by a technical background in operations, databases, and automation. My toolkit includes Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Make, Zapier, n8n, LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby.
