I need interests, opinions, stories, people you like and dislike etc. 3. I build a strategy and a content pipeline around the stated goals and available resources. 4. I temporarily fill any holes in the production team, from ideation to writing, cutting + editing, general management and content approvals, distribution and analytics, and I take responsibility for results. 5. After three months we assess what we've built and decide what's next. But this is a two-way street. Organic growth still takes work, resources, and a founder who's willing to participate. I have agents emailing other agents to help build my own Etsy and Apify businesses. They remind me to do my accounting and walk my dog. I use them for research, experiments, and following ideas down rabbit holes that would've taken me days before. I can learn a new skill in like 6 hours. I can make nice graphics and render cool clips despite being neither an artist nor an illustrator. I don't use AI to write because it still sucks, which is surprising. I do use AI in my workflow as well. It may look something like this: I prepare interview questions, meet with a founder, and record our call. I run the transcript with Astra to log important information and inform strategy. I use a simple app I've built in Codex that sorts the data into 100s of content ideas. I choose the best ideas and write titles, hooks, scripts, copy, etc. I may use AI for deeper research, image generation, or whatever else it's good at. I learn fast. There are plenty of tools and workflows I can pick up in a few hours or less. If a role fits my strengths but uses something I haven't worked with yet, that doesn't scare me.
