Hi there! I am a senior Salesforce developer with six certificates under my belt and eight years of experience (at this point I’m a senior dev, sometimes wearing tech lead/TA hats, Salesforce Platfrom I and II certified; B2B and B2C Commerce certified - ask me about this, not all certs can be showcased on the Upwork profile for some reason). I worked as a lead developer on complex, international multicloud projects but I also really excel at working solo as a subject matter expert for small organizations. I know the Salesforce tech stack and product suite so I can actually advise my client on the best approach to a certain challenge - I'm never a '"if all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail' guy. I've done a lot of integrations, so I also know how Salesforce works with other systems and how to make it work the way you need. Once I thought that juggling too many projects is a good idea - until I got a '1/5' score for communication and '5/5' for skill on an Upwork project.
