I've been a Customer Service Representative for 4 years with different BPO companies. I've handled retail, travel account, and telecommunications accounts. In my previous roles, I've done order processing, sales, customer service, live chat support, technical support, and being a quality analyst. I also have 2 years of experience in working remotely, As a freelancer, I did the outbound calling, product research on Amazon, and online proctoring. Being a Customer Service Representative for several years has developed my communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and critical thinking skills to resolve an issue. I’m also somebody who is able to multitask, take initiative, and solve problems without being asked. Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience, which I shall bring to your organization. It's not just my background in past projects, but also my people skills, which will be applicable in this position.
