I am an expert of handling customer either in sales or service needs (field or not in the field). I always make sure that I accomplish the task that was given to me . I have five years or more experience as a customer service representative. I plan and make sure that I provide for the needs of customers by confirming questions to know If I have already cover all their needs. I was promoted to supervisor because of my outstanding performance each month. With the support position that was given and assigned to me, I wanted to help my peers to be more productive and to contribute more to the company's goal. I know that I am not perfect but through training and proper skill transfer for individuals no work can be undone . I am much more than willing to go through training for me to become more productive.
