Hello! My name is Gerllie Viola and I am from the Philippines. I am fast, efficient, result-oriented, very keen to details, team leader, honest and approachable, able to work with limited delegation and have the willingness to learn. I am currently working as a Virtual Administrative Assistant for a reputable law firm. I also worked as a home-based Customer Service Representative for an American retail company. I am a former bank employee for more than 10 years and my vast experience in banking industry helped me develop my skills in finance and accounting, customer service and work management skills. My present and past job experiences expose me to fast, abrupt and highly stressed working environment thus making me resilient.
