Make sure that the Intune Connecter for AD is set up to provision devices in local AD during Autopilot enrollment. 2. Deployment of Microsoft Active Directory. This approach involved installing the ADDS role on Windows server and promotes the server to DC. 3. Migrate Active Directory from the previous version to the most recent version. The process required a new Windows Server for the installation of ADDS roles. 4. Microsoft Exchange Server deployment. This method requires the Exchange server to be installed on the supported version of Windows Server. Prepare the AD schema, prepare the AD domain, install the Exchange role, and carry out the post-installation processes. 5. Move the Exchange server to M365 using a hybrid environment. The deployment of Entra ID Connect was a part of this, to enable Exchange Hybrid deployment and AD and password synchronization. HCW was deployed to migrate the data. 6.
