Working with grace under pressure is my specialty. I have worked in multiple telecommunications company based in the U.S. as a customer service support and technical support. I assist customers with empathy, efficiency and highlight relationship building to effectively communicate and showcase my problem-solving skills. I have had a share of e-commerce work as a Virtual Assistant tasked to upload creatives in Google Adwords and Youtube to effectively market products. Then pull creative data from Funnelflex and Oodoo to create reports using MS Excel and analyze the data to understand market trends and target the best audience using SEO. Finished a degree in arts, major in english. Creative writing, technical writing, encoding and transcribing are my strengths. Willing to work 40hours or more within a week. Committed and persevering.
