I am an experienced UX Researcher who has helped positions at companies such as Meta, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, and Avalara. In my career, I have worked with these and other Fortune 500 companies to identify and overcome business challenges through various methodologies (in-depth interviews, diary studies, usability testing, and surveys).
