Janissan R.

I’m a detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting sellers with listing management, catalog troubleshooting, and backend operations in Amazon Seller Central. My core strength is solving listing problems—from suppressed, inactive, and stranded ASINs to variation issues and flat file updates. I regularly work with Seller Support, raise and track cases, and make sure listings are compliant, visible, and properly structured. I’m also comfortable handling FBA shipments, inventory coordination, and order-related support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In addition to Amazon, I’ve managed Etsy store operations and supported multi-platform sellers with listing uploads, keyword optimization, and inventory updates. I also have experience with product sourcing from Alibaba, shipment plan support, and basic product image editing. Clients appreciate my reliability, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving approach. I take time to understand each account’s issue before acting, and I focus on practical solutions that actually work within Amazon’s system. I’m consistently rated 5 stars on Upwork and committed to long-term, trustworthy support. If you’re looking for someone dependable to manage listings, fix catalog issues, and support your backend operations, I’d be happy to help.
