Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java and Spring-based backend development, with strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications and cloud-native solutions. My core expertise includes Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, REST APIs, SQL and PostgreSQL, complemented by hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes and Terraform. I also have full-stack experience with Angular and TypeScript, allowing me to work effectively across the application lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on backend architecture and engineering quality. Beyond development, I have experience with technical decision-making, cloud infrastructure, deployment processes and collaboration across engineering teams. I value clean architecture, maintainable code and practical solutions that balance technical quality with business requirements. I hold an MSc in Software Engineering from the Canadian Institute of Technology. For my master’s thesis, I developed a self-driving car system using deep learning, which was recognized as Master Thesis of the Year.
