MSP, INFRASTRUCTURE, NETWORKING & SECURITY • Fortinet / FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiClient, VLANs, routing, firewall policies, IPsec VPNs, SD-WAN, and multi-site troubleshooting. • Microsoft 365 security hardening, business email compromise investigations, sign-in and mailbox audit analysis, and compromised-account remediation. • Microsoft Defender, Avanan, SentinelOne, and SOC/SIEM environments, including Devo SIEM and Binary Defense SOC integration. • MSP service delivery, Tier 1–3 escalation workflows, onboarding/offboarding, patching, backups, documentation, and vendor transitions. • NinjaOne, IT Glue, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Auvik. • Fractional CIO / vCIO support: infrastructure assessments, technology roadmaps, IT budgeting, licensing, vendor management, and project scoping. POWERSHELL, APIs & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION • PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation for user provisioning, mailbox administration, reporting, and repeatable deployments. • REST API, SaaS, and identity integrations; CSV-driven workflows and data transformation. • Troubleshooting existing scripts, integrations, and application-to-infrastructure issues. I am comfortable stepping into poorly documented environments or partially completed projects, tracing dependencies, and working through problems across identity, networking, servers, applications, and cloud services.
