Hi, I’m Louis Charles! I am a Game/Level Design graduate and a Senior Unreal Engine Developer specializing in VR development, with expertise in both Unreal Engine 4 and 5. I bring a strong background in simulation, interactive training, and gamified VR experiences, with hands-on experience in agile scrum practices and team management. I recently served as a Senior VR Developer for KaleidoscopeXR, where I focused on medical simulation projects that required a deep understanding of immersive interactions and procedural design. My work includes developing the Caregiver VR Dementia module, which simulated symptoms like hallucinations to enhance caregiver empathy, as well as the Case Western University Medical Helicopter Pre-flight Check, a comprehensive training simulation for emergency response.
