Financial Due Diligence, Valuation & LBO Modeling ($4.6M Closed Deal): • Evaluated $5M+ in active lower-middle-market deal flow for 10+ investment firms, search funds, and independent sponsors (supporting multiple signed LOIs within 3 months) and conducted deep-dive due diligence on 40+ targets across tech, education, and commercial services. • Integrated 3-Statement, DCF & LBO models built to Wall Street mechanical standards (Blue inputs, Black formulas, Green cross-sheet links, $0.00 balance sheet checks, and 2-way DSCR/IRR sensitivity tables). • Quality of Earnings (QoE) owner add-back scrubs, 12-month Net Working Capital (NWC) peg calculations, and Investment Committee (IC) Go/No-Go memos. 3.
