Hey, my name is Syed and I'm a proud owner of "Hostified - Hosting Simplified." which is an online property management company providing property management services to hosts on AirBNB, Bookingcom & VRBO. It's been 3+ years since I'm doing this work and currently, I'm managing 10 properties of my clients. These properties are situated across Texas. Communication with Guests by scheduling templates, automating messages, replying to questions/queries, etc along with manual sending of important information whenever required. 2. Coordinating cleaning dates with Cleaners/Host. 3. Following up with Guest for Review & subsequently responding to their Review. 4. Writing a Review to Guest after Host's Approval. 5. Reviewing pricing (weekly basis) for upcoming weeks and updating pricing for unbooked dates. 6. Reviewing pricing (weekly basis) for other competitors within 5 miles radius. 7. Checking with Cleaners/Host on Inventory of supplies and ordering on Amazon/Walmart. 8. Working on monthly profit & loss financial statements for each property on QuickBooks. 9. General Property Management that includes making edits/changes to the listing whenever required, contacting customer support as well as taking care of any other ad hoc tasks assigned on a day-to-day basis. 10. Removing 1-star reviews as and when required by reaching out to AirBnB support. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well. I understand how important it is to get 5-star reviews from guests and always go above and beyond in making sure it happens.
