Biography

I have been an honor student when I was studying grade school and secondary. Then When I went to college, I got a 100% academic scholarship so I can study without thinking of how to pay my tuition fees. This will be one of my proof that I would take every job/work/task I am given to do in a serious and efficient manner. From my previous work, I'm trained to handle various customer inquiries and issues. Making sure to resolve/ address their issues and concern is my priority. Providing excellent customer service is my top priority. Challenges and new opportunities will be accepted. I am willing to learn new things. In addition, I'm also trained with the recruitment process. One of the role is screening, sorting and searching for an applicant that will fit in the job vacancy needed to be filled-in. Interviewing process is one of the things I like since you will hear different stories and experiences they have. I like everything that challenges me. It gives me something to learn and broaden my knowledge and skills. I am a flexible and easy-learner person. Even if I don't know at first the task that was given to me, it always end-up good as I learned the process. There is no easy job, everything should be learned and worked hard in order for you to deal with the task successfully. Learning is a non-stop process as long as we live. Experience is making us to be better to something that we learned to and eventually be the best with it. I believe that everything can be learned as long as you have the eagerness and interest to do it. I am willing to accept jobs that are not within my experience since I would love to learn various things. Working under pressure challenges me and enhances my knowledge and skills. I am an independent woman that will make sure to work hard without making other people's work compromised all the time.
