Outbound sales representative contact prospects and customers to sell products and services. They work in a call centers making cold calls to lead and generating leads and generating sales and revenues for organizations across all industries. So I can do outbound calls, I already have experienced in doing outbound calls when I'm working in Magellan Solutions Inc. for almost one year and five months but this is not my first call center, I also joined Convergys and I'm a Customer Service Associate and what I do is collecting a debt, scheduling a payment. We accept Visa or Mastercard for the payment method. And also I joined Teletransform as an Outbound Sales Representative the account that I handled is Diabetic account, so we need to offer the diabetic testing meter and supplies to the diabetic person we need to get the insurance details to know if she or he may eligible. My Top skills is I can work under pressure, easily to learn, active listening and being dedicated to the work.That's what I learn when I started working in call center.
