I’ve been with the health care insurance account handling dental and vision benefits as well as claims. I deal with doctors or their sectary to check benefits and claims. I have been part of a satellite radio in USA as well. This is a sales account. This is the service for their radio in their vehicle, at home or their office. We sell radio and radio subscriptions. I was also a apart of a solar panel company, as a Technical Support Engineer. I handle technical issues regarding their solar system. Activation and installation and any general inquiry with the applications and the system itself. Since June 2023, I have been working with a pharmaceutical company where I verify healthcare pricider information. I am calling hospitals, pharmacies, clinics to verify information and once verified I will update the system. I also conduct internet research to validate information and ensure that the companies data base remains accurate. Im a quick learner, flexible and patient as well.
