Most growing companies don't fail from a lack of vision, they fail from operational friction. I’m a Top Rated Plus Project Manager and Executive Assistant with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the last 6+ years and 4,500+ logged hours, I’ve operated as the operational right-hand to CEOs across technical consulting, real estate, web development, and SaaS. Instead of just executing tasks, I look at your business as an interconnected system. I build the operational backbone that clears your desk, protects your calendar, and keeps inquiries moving seamlessly from first contact to closed deal. How I help busy CEOs & Founders: - Executive Support & Inbox Control: Filtering high-priority comms and managing calendar friction so you only act on what matters. - RevOps & CRM Architecture: Designing canonical sales pipelines, HubSpot automation, and database structures (HubSpot Sales Hub & Inbound Certified). - Technical Project Management: Managing cross-functional teams, vendor/field networks, and tracking KPIs in ClickUp, Asana, and Google Workspace. - Ops & SOP Engineering: Building clean operational documentation, real-time tracking dashboards, and workflow automations. If you need an operational right-hand who moves fast, documents cleanly, and builds systems from scratch rather than just executing someone else's process, let's talk.
