I work with CNN as a photographer, so most of my days are spent in the field, where nobody repeats a moment for you and a viewer decides in a few seconds whether to keep watching. I edit your videos with that same instinct. I've also shot films and video stories, which helps more than it sounds. I know what footage looks like before it reaches the timeline, and what to do when a shoot didn't go to plan. What I edit: - Reels, TikToks and Shorts with a strong first second and clean animated captions - Podcast clips: one episode turned into a batch of ready-to-post reels - Promo and launch videos for apps, learning platforms and online courses - Story-driven edits from interviews and field footage - Arabic or English, including Arabic captions with proper right-to-left text Recent work: promo videos for an online learning platform and a tech academy, and reels for an engineering podcast. You'll notice my 24 jobs here so far are web development. That's my other background. My time as a full-stack developer means tech products and coding courses feel familiar, and I can automate the repetitive parts of editing (captions, resizing for each platform) to leave more time for the story.
